The rules that apply when you visit or buy from brian-emory-stuver.myshopify.com. Numbered for reference — every point stands on its own.

By using the site, you accept every point below.

1. These Terms are an agreement between Brian Emory Stuver ("we") and you (any visitor or customer).

6. A submitted order is your offer to buy.

7. We accept the order when we send the confirmation email.

8. Between submission and confirmation, we may decline the order — most often for stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or a breach of these Terms.

9. If a paid order is cancelled by us, a full refund is issued to the original payment method.

10. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

11. Prices may change without notice; the price you saw at checkout is the price we honor for that order.

12. If a price is obviously wrong (a typo, a decimal misplaced), we may cancel rather than fulfill at the error, with a full refund.

13. Payment is due at checkout, through any method offered.

14. By submitting payment details, you confirm you are authorized to use them.

15. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

16. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

17. Both are incorporated into these Terms.

18. We describe products as accurately as we can.

19. Small variations in color, finish, or measurement (from screens or from natural materials) are normal, not defects.

20. All content on the site — text, photos, illustrations, layout, code, and the "Brian Emory Stuver" name — is our property or licensed to us. U.S. copyright and trademark law applies.

21. You may browse the site, share links, and save pages for personal reference.

22. You may not, without our written consent, reproduce our content commercially, use our brand assets in your own business, scrape or mirror the site, or modify or redistribute any part of it.

23. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful or fraudulent.

35. Any legal action must be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.

36. We may revise these Terms. Revisions take effect the moment they are posted.

37. Continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the update.
